The Program Manager will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring high-quality support for individuals with disabilities and managing the operations of the group home.

Responsibilities

Lead a group of individuals dedicated to supporting individuals with cognitive and physical challenges to fully participating in their community

Supervise and train team members to provide excellent support and service

Manage schedules and supervise team leads

Coordinate outings and advocate for individuals to have full access as members of the community

Create a positive and supportive teamwork experience within the group home

Ensure the operation of the group home, coordinating maintenance, ensuring safety standards, budgeting, staff-related issues, and vehicles

Required

High School Diploma/ G.E.D or equivalent

Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record

Must have reliable and ongoing transportation

Successful completion of a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting, medical clearance (TB test, drug screen & physical exam), and clearance through Michigan Long-term Care (MILTC) screening
