NetSuite Administrator & Inventory Control Manager
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager & NetSuite systems specialist to lead inventory accuracy, material traceability, and warehouse data governance across two food manufacturing facilities. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining precise inventory records and ensuring product traceability while serving as the internal subject matter expert for NetSuite.

Responsibilities
Maintain exact alignment between physical counts and NetSuite records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Enforce lot tracking, expiration management, and FIFO/FEFO practices in compliance with food safety protocols and recall readiness
Design and manage the company’s cycle count program, partnering with warehouse leads to ensure consistent audit integrity
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory through root cause analysis—addressing issues such as BOM errors, unreported scrap, or incorrect picks
Collaborate with Production and Finance to reconcile inventory data with the General Ledger monthly
Partner with warehouse operations leadership to ensure receiving, staging, and shipping procedures align with system controls and documentation accuracy
Analyze warehouse and inventory data to recommend process improvements that enhance material flow efficiency and minimize waste
Oversee daily operations of NetSuite’s Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules, ensuring system configurations support accurate transactional flow
Identify and correct data input issues, incomplete transactions, and misaligned workflows that affect reporting or material tracking
Monitor system activities to ensure Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Finance execute their NetSuite tasks accurately and on schedule
Build and manage saved searches, dashboards, and KPI reports to provide leadership with real-time visibility into inventory, production, and warehouse performance
Develop, document, and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for NetSuite transactions related to inventory control
Act as the central link between Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure decisions are based on accurate data
Maintain oversight of inventory-related compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP guidelines
Support digital and physical alignment between facilities to ensure both environments operate under consistent standards and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
3–5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
4+ years of warehouse supervision or warehouse operations leadership
Strong background in inventory control, production processes, or supply chain execution
Experience with regulatory compliance and traceability in a manufacturing setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfort working in fast-paced, multi-department environments
Deep understanding of BOMs, manufacturing flows, warehouse operations, and lot tracking
Proficiency with Excel and ERP reporting tools
Effective communication skills; bilingual abilities a plus
Ability to train, lead, and support warehouse and production teams
Preferred
NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or related)
Experience with WMS/RF systems, EDI integrations, CRM tools, or 3PL environments
Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, or similar quality/safety frameworks
