Responsibilities

Digital transition of our SQDM boards

Support the team with Microsoft Office skills to develop a Digital version of the current Gemba Boards

Squawk Analysis Framework Harmonization/Digitalization

There is a need to pareto the issues, identify trends, secure root causes, and work with supporting groups to address

Setting up a program which includes training, links to videos, use-cases, etc

ATP Improvements

ATPs written by the STX Certification group often need to be redlined, and there is a need to run an improvement project looking at removing opportunities for the failures

Loss Cost Harmonization

Framework is needed at all sites identifying heavy hitters and developing preventative plans
