Responsibilities

May prepare and complete IRS Forms SS-4 (Application for Employer Identification Number)

Organizing and drafting IRS Forms 8832 (Entity Classification Election)

Registering client entities on the IRS FATCA Registration System to obtain Global Intermediary Identification Numbers (GIINs) & the Cayman DITC Portal

Monitoring co-sourcing client in-boxes

Corresponding with clients’ investors to solicit Forms W-9, W-8, and CRS self-certifications

Maintaining detailed trackers of contact with investors and their statuses

Attending trainings and maintaining knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and related GIR topics

Performing special projects as required and any other duties assigned
