The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a part-time CIO Assistant for BYU-Pathway Worldwide, providing access to affordable higher education. The role involves various administrative tasks supporting the Chief Information Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and budget management.

Responsibilities

Must be able to work 20 hours per week during M-F; some flexibility with hours

Provide CIO calendar support, including scheduling and coordinating meetings

Provide meeting management services, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up

Draft and edit reports, emails, and other communications

Manage operational budget for the IT team and prepare budget reports

Create presentations, diagrams, spreadsheets, and other documentation

Keep the CIO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring proper follow-up

Coordinate on- and off-site meetings and events

Conduct research and assist on various projects as assigned by the CIO

Prepare and submit expense reports

Coordinate travel arrangements

Organize team-building activities

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Act as a point of contact across departments and other CES institutions

Support the CIO and IT team with other duties as needed
