Associate, Global Revenue Analytics, Finance & Strategy

The company is seeking a highly analytical Associate to join the Finance & Strategy, Revenue Analytics team, where the successful candidate will conduct deep-dive analyses on global business drivers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive analyses on global business drivers by synthesizing data across regions to identify patterns, divergent behaviors, and actionable insights
Collaborate with regional analytics teams to identify best practices, highlight synergies, and develop standardized tools and frameworks
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Pricing, Content) to deliver joint analyses and support strategic initiatives
Create compelling business narratives and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
Support and maintain the development of scalable analytical solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency across regions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a highly analytical and quantitative environment (e.g., business analytics, strategic finance, management consulting, or similar)
Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Python, R, or similar), are a must
Demonstrated ability to synthesize large, complex datasets and distill key insights for a global audience
Excellent business storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Experience working in a matrixed, cross-regional environment and proven ability to build strong relationships across teams and geographies
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, business, mathematics, engineering, computer science) or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Experience with automation and scalable analytics solutions is highly desirable
Experience with subscription-based business models is a plus
