Responsibilities
Create and publish short-form videos, carousels, stories, and social posts tailored to each brand
Maintain and manage content calendars in coordination with internal creative teams
Optimize content for each platform and ensure alignment with brand voice and visual identity
Respond to comments, DMs, and tags with professionalism, empathy, and brand consistency
Monitor engagement, sentiment, and community trends across social platforms
Translate technical service topics into approachable and engaging content
Build out brand-specific strategies that position the company as a trusted expert in home services
Adjust tone, pacing, and design to match the unique identity of each brand
Qualification
Required
Creative and confident in content creation and brand storytelling
Ability to create and publish short-form videos, carousels, stories, and social posts tailored to each brand
Experience in maintaining and managing content calendars in coordination with internal creative teams
Skill in optimizing content for each platform and ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual identity
Professionalism, empathy, and brand consistency in responding to comments, DMs, and tags
Ability to monitor engagement, sentiment, and community trends across social platforms
Skill in translating technical service topics into approachable and engaging content
Experience in building out brand-specific strategies that position the company as a trusted expert in home services
Ability to adjust tone, pacing, and design to match the unique identity of each brand
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Submission of a resume and a portfolio, samples of content, or body of work with application
