Responsibilities

Own online renewal revenue targets across Consumer digital channels

Monitor daily/weekly performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting renewal conversion

Drive improvements to auto-renew, manual renewals, upgrade paths, and win-back flows

Support end-to-end renewal touchpoints including email journeys, in-product notifications, checkout flows, and pricing strategies

Partner with Customer Service and Operations to resolve renewal friction points (billing issues, failed payments, expired cards, etc.)

Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce churn

Provide insights to Pricing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment with regional regulations and standards

Required

3–5 years of experience in digital sales, renewals, ecommerce, or subscription management

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
