Responsibilities
Manages overall priorities for the IPS Administrative team
Performs all essential IPS Admin duties and responsibilities which includes, but not limited to IPS Case creations in SAP, invoicing and Purchasing duties
Coordinates training and development with the IPS Admin team
Ensures training and performance evaluations are documented
Leads and executes process improvement activities
Use of SAP for transactional requirements
Manages employee time and attendance
Executes organizational staffing and changes
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Adhere and support KLS Martin's quality and safety policies and procedures
Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation
Able to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally
