Recruiter, Go-To-Market

The Recruiter, Go-To-Market will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for customer-facing roles, collaborating with hiring managers to shape strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience during a period of rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for key go-to-market roles, including but not limited to sales and strategy, account management, customer success, and other non-technical positions
Collaborate with hiring managers and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements
Develop a deep understanding of the business’ talent requirements, partnering with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview processes and candidate evaluation techniques
Proactively source and engage candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and positive engagement
Use our ATS (Ashby) to track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness, taking a data-driven approach to process improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies within the broader tech ecosystem to stay ahead of market shifts
Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active candidates to create a pipeline for future hiring needs

Required

5+ years experience of high volume full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles, with a track record of closing top-tier talent in a competitive environment
Excellent recruiting and sourcing fundamentals with demonstrated success driving results and achieving hiring goals
Strong business acumen and demonstrated success supporting a range of go-to-market teams
Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting strategies and sourcing outcomes
Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed

Preferred

Experience in defense tech, national security, or adjacent industries
Understanding of military career progression and terminology
