Affiliate Partnerships Manager

Lets Get Funded is a company that helps entrepreneurs access high-limit business credit and scale their businesses. They are seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to manage and grow external affiliates, ensuring they are supported and engaged to send high-quality leads to the company.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all affiliate partners
Build strong, long-term, trust-based relationships
Respond to affiliate questions, issues, or requests quickly and professionally
Provide partners with updated resources, scripts, content, and offer changes
Ensure affiliates understand our programs, qualifiers, and funding process
Onboard new affiliates, teaching them how to promote LGF effectively
Provide training materials, promo assets, tracking links, and best practices
Run walkthrough calls for higher-tier partners or those with large communities
Track affiliate performance daily/weekly (traffic, conversions, booked calls, revenue)
Identify top performers and strengthen those relationships
Identify underperforming affiliates and optimize their funnels, messaging, or strategy
Create individualized growth plans for high-value partners
Work with internal marketing to deliver the assets affiliates need: Promo reels, captions, scripts, Email templates, Webinar decks, Swipe files, Landing pages, Keep all affiliate content updated and consistent with the current offer
Identify and outreach to potential new affiliates in niche industries (Airbnb, Amazon, coaching, car rentals, trucking, remote businesses, etc.)
Introduce them to the LGF affiliate program and onboard them into the system
Build lists of highly relevant creators and brands to target for partnerships
Maintain dashboards tracking: Leads per affiliate, Funding per affiliate, Calls booked, Conversion %, Payout eligibility, Provide weekly performance summaries to leadership
Ensure payouts are accurate and delivered on time

Required

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 20–50+ active partners
Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Tech-savvy: understands tracking links, funnels, CRM dashboards, and affiliate platforms
High initiative — you don't wait for tasks; you create them
Friendly, approachable, and professional communicator
High level of follow-through and responsiveness
Problem solver — not afraid to troubleshoot and improve workflows
Sales-oriented mindset; able to motivate partners to take action
Comfortable being the 'face' and point of contact for partners

Preferred

Experience in affiliate management, partnership management, or creator/influencer partnerships (preferred but not required)
Understanding of credit, funding, or online business (big plus)
