Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner through our internal systems
Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and delivery updates
Coordinate with sales, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery
Assist customers with returns, credits, and order adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate customer account information and documentation
Proactively identify and communicate potential service disruptions or opportunities for improvement
Build strong relationships with customers through professional, friendly, and solution-focused communication
Support various administrative tasks and reporting as required
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales support, or administrative support experience
strong communication and relationship-building skills
high attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
ability to problem-solve and collaborate with cross-functional teams
positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
high school diploma required
Preferred
manufacturing or distribution experience
experience working in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
associate or bachelor's degree
