Investigate, evaluate and settle more complex first and third party insurance claims

Communicates with all relevant parties and documents communication as well as results of investigation

Investigates circumstances of routine as well as complex claims to determine if and to what extent coverage applies

Thoroughly understands coverages, policy terms and conditions for broad insurance areas, products or special contracts

Evaluates each claim in light of facts, policy considerations and corporate direction

Pays and/or reserves and/or denies coverage as appropriate
