Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across all service lines and locations
Build scalable systems, workflows, and accountability structures
Oversee compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery standards
Partner with ownership on business strategy, P&L management, and growth initiatives
Implement performance metrics, operational reporting, and improvement plans
Manage and mentor department heads and field leadership teams
Drive geographic expansion and new program/service development
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading operations in behavioral health, mental health, home care, or related healthcare services
Demonstrated ability to run, grow, and optimize a service-based organization
Strong executive presence; able to communicate clearly and challenge constructively when needed
Skilled in systems building, process creation, and operational oversight
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to navigate complex, multi-site environments while driving accountability
