Responsibilities
Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer on marketing planning, strategic planning, closings and communication with all relevant contacts
Attend pipeline meetings to assist Mortgage Loan Officer with the family of tasks to be completed
Complete all necessary training to accurately evaluate and calculate borrower assets, income, capital, and collateral
Manage calendar to coordinate appraisals, closings, communication with borrowers
Input and maintain applications in Encompass
Maintain communication with and working knowledge of key team players to understand expectations of the department as a whole
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication skills
General clerical and office technology skills
Preferred
Prior sales experience a plus
