They are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bathroom Installer Helper to assist experienced installers with various tasks in bathroom remodeling projects across Essex County.

Responsibilities
Basic Tiling
Assist with demolition, debris removal, and jobsite prep
Carry, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
Support installation of flooring, vanities, fixtures, wall systems, and shower conversions
Help set up waterproofing, substrates, and basic plumbing/electrical prep (under supervision)
Measure, cut, and prep materials as directed
Keep jobsite clean, safe, and customer-ready at all times
Communicate clearly with the Lead Installer and Project Manager
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Represent Bath Tune-Up professionally inside customers’ homes
Qualification
Required
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Comfortable doing physical work—lifting, bending, carrying
Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
Preferred
Valid driver's license preferred
Prior construction, handyman, moving, or labor experience
