Responsibilities

Installs, programs, tests, and repairs electronic systems, devices, and related equipment according to system design and building plans

Troubleshoots systems to diagnose problems and performs necessary repairs to ensure functionality

Conducts comprehensive testing of systems, components, programming, and design features to verify proper operation

Installs cables in wire trays, hooks, hangers, wall cavities, attics, and crawl spaces, terminating at devices and panels

Interprets and adheres to wiring diagrams, system specifications, and installation manuals

Completes all required paperwork and documentation, including work orders, completion records, and test and inspection forms accurately and promptly

Demonstrates installed systems to customers, providing clear guidance on system operation and alarm procedures

Maintains a professional customer service approach through effective service procedures, professional presentation, and clear communication with all customers
