Responsibilities

Conduct and analyze user research to uncover needs, pain points, and behaviors

Translate insights into sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and other deliverables that enable intuitive user experiences

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts

Support the design team with UX decisions for both existing features and new initiatives

Assist in usability testing plans for internal and external users alongside senior designers

Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on designs with feedback from stakeholders and users

Partner with colleagues and stakeholders across global teams

Participate in design critiques and offering constructive input for continuous improvement

Champion user-centered thinking and sharing new ideas with design, development, and product teams

Required

1–3 years of professional experience designing and delivering software

A portfolio that demonstrates proficiency across the full design process

Proven ability to translate requirements into user experiences that align with client needs and vision

Strong grasp of Design Thinking and user-centered design principles

Ability to rapidly iterate on designs and solutions

Experience translating complex concepts into clear, user-friendly designs

Excellent communication skills to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions

Proficiency in UX tools such as Miro and Figma

Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Ability and willingness to travel 10-15% of the time to client sites throughout the UK, the United States, and other locations

Preferred

Experience with enterprise-level technology

Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering or Sanction Screening software

Awareness of accessibility guidelines

Experience working within Scrum or other Agile methodologies
