Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Lead key aspects of the month-end close (accruals, reconciliations, journal entries)

Reconcile general and sub ledgers across multiple entities

Maintain and oversee general ledger coding across divisions

Analyze financial results and variances; provide insights to leadership

Compile monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules and ensure proper revenue recognition

Manage company credit card system and ERP administration

Support project accountants and collaborate across divisions

Ensure compliance with tax filings and union contributions
