Provide direct project management support to assigned projects within the organization
Initiates, plans, develops, executes, and manages project timelines
Conducts problem assessments and ensures efficient project implementation
Reports on project performance in conjunction with project sponsors
Identifies opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and process innovation while analyzing relevant project data and implementing process improvements
Promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team

Healthcare ExperienceProject ManagementPMP CertificationLean Six Sigma CertificationCritical ThinkingTeamworkEffective Communication

Required

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management
Experience leading complex and concurrent projects with various size teams

Preferred

PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
