Responsibilities
Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting into high-target accounts and following up with marketing generated leads
Interact with prospects via email/LinkedIn/Phone calls with a high attention to customization and detail
Consistently achieve qualified meeting quota to help meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com
Quickly learn the CoreWeave product(s), effectively communicate our value proposition, and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
Research accounts, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, and stay up to date on industry news
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of SDR and lead-development best practices
Experience prospecting into high-value accounts and generating qualified meetings
Ability to consistently meet or exceed meeting-generation quotas
Proficient in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM for lead management
Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment
Able to craft targeted outbound messaging across email, phone, and LinkedIn
Strong research skills for account development and market understanding
Preferred
Experience in a competitive, metrics-driven environment
Prior experience in the tech startup ecosystem
Familiarity with Salesloft, Outreach, or similar sales engagement tools
Previous business development and/or sales experience
