Responsibilities

Maintenance support for the Panamanian Suzuki Fleet of Motorcycles
Technical Assistance and Customer Support in maintenance and operation of the Panamanian Suzuki Fleet of Motorcycles
Perform inspections and routine maintenance of the Panamanian Suzuki Fleet of Motorcycles
Trouble shoot and repair all Suzuki Motorcycle failures
Training of Inspectors, Supervisors, and Maintenance Management as required

Required

Must have excellent written and oral communications skills
Must possess and maintain language proficiency level 3 for English and Level 2 Latin American Spanish as defined by the US DoS language proficiency training
Must be a US citizen; must be able to obtain and maintain a US Passport
Must be able to travel extensively both domestically and internationally unassisted
Must have a US driver's license or able to obtain a US driver's license prior to arrival in country and be comfortable driving in US and PN countries
5 years of experience serving as technical support on the Suzuki Motorcycle or similar equipment
5 years experience performing maintenance inspections, and repair on Suzuki Motorcycles
Must be able to provide verbal and written support/instruction effectively in both English and Spanish
Must be able to repair and/or replace components and sub components of the Suzuki Fleet
The FSR is identified as key personnel and will serve to sustain the Suzuki Fleet to improve Border Security
