Responsibilities
Lead complete B2B Voice AI implementation cycles: scope definition, project planning, client onboarding
Design robust integration architectures connecting subsystems through APIs, webhooks, payloads, and third-party platforms like Make, Zapier, and proprietary systems
Serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for clients, solving complex problems, removing blockers, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes
Collaborate with product and technical teams to continuously improve implementation processes and client success playbooks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience: backend, frontend, or full-stack
Proven track record managing B2B software implementations, with strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills, comfortable leading client calls, and presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Working knowledge of Python, APIs, and modern integration patterns
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and execute with minimal hand-holding
