Responsibilities

Architect and build the next-generation hardware/software platform, including compiler, performance simulator, runtime, and debugger support

Lead migration and integration of legacy software into a unified, developer-friendly ecosystem

Manage and expand a global engineering team (initially 4, scaling to 15-20), ensuring speed of execution

Collaborate with executives, customers, and chip design partners to align technical solutions with business needs

Prepare and deliver clear technical presentations and PowerPoints to customers, stakeholders, and military clients on short notice

Required

10+ years of experience in hardware/software architecture w/ success shipping developer-facing platforms

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and customer-facing presentations

Background in neuromorphic computing, AI hardware, or advanced semiconductor design, with exposure to both large-company best practices and startup-level execution
