Responsibilities

Pioneer next-generation data science and AI methodologies – advancing experimentation, evaluation, insights, measurement, and automation
Identify emerging AI trends and translate them into scalable frameworks, research prototypes, and high-leverage opportunities for product teams
Drive cross-team research by connecting signals, synthesizing patterns, and shaping horizontal insight themes that guide strategic decisions
Lead high-impact horizontal workstreams in areas such as genAI evaluation, frontier measurement, user intelligence, and growth and quality insights
Build reusable tools, prompts, evaluators, and agentic workflows that improve data science productivity and elevate analytical craft across the organization

Qualification

Required

Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
10 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or 8 years of work experience with a PhD degree

Preferred

12 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or 10 years of work experience with a PhD degree
Experience working on a consumer-facing product
Experience with experimental design, training, data analysis, survey design, and statistical modeling
Ability to work and complete projects independently and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, learn new skills, and adapt to changing environments
Ability to apply quantitative/statistical models to real-world business problems
