Cost Segregation Project Manager
MVO is a fast-growing firm specializing in engineering-based tax services like Cost Segregation. The Cost Segregation Project Manager will lead a dynamic team, manage multiple engagements, and develop processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage and lead multiple cost segregation engagements simultaneously
Direct and guide internal team members to ensure efficient and accurate project completion
Conduct technical reviews and sign off on final analysis and reports
Perform on-site inspections as needed
Effectively communicate project progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Develop new firm processes, procedures, and work templates to streamline operations
Oversee professional and technical training/development for our team
Assess new project opportunities and assist with preparing benefit estimates and proposals
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience preparing cost segregation studies
Proven experience training and leading a successful team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%)
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree required (construction management, engineering, accounting, or a related field preferred)
