Responsibilities

Maintain continuous operation of automation and robotic systems by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying components

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to restore functionality

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all subsystems and related components

Ensure robotic and process support equipment receive regular preventive maintenance

Interpret and work from electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and complex automated system drawings

Understand and work with PLCs for system control and troubleshooting

Analyze engineering test results and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with automation engineers during system qualification processes

Document procedures, results, and recommendations for process or product improvements

Maintain software, documentation, and equipment to current specifications

Assist engineers in designing and developing hardware and software for automation solutions

Train technicians and operators on equipment, processes, and safety protocols

Properly use power tools and measuring equipment

Maintain strong awareness and adherence to safety standards
