Responsibilities

Assess assets for sale using Argus and Excel

Evaluate, examine, and interpret real estate source documents, which encompass operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and other due diligence components

Research market conditions in support of financial underwriting assumptions

Identify critical property level financial issues and make recommendations

Coordinate collection of due diligence material and assist with the closing process

Developing disposition strategies in conjunction with team members and clients

Interact directly with capital markets professionals, asset managers, leasing brokers, property managers and clients

Required

Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Strong understanding of financial concepts (i.e, Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, etc.). Expertise in evaluating income-generating properties with the help of Argus and Excel across Industrial, Office, or Retail

Proficiency in evaluating, analyzing, and understanding original documentation, encompassing leases, operating statements, budgets, etc
