Responsibilities
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance to resolve high-priority or unresolved incidents
Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams within IT (e.g., End User Computing, Network, Cloud & InfoSec teams to ensure seamless integration, proactive issue preventing and alignment with I&O objectives
Coordinate with vendors and facilities for installation, upgrades, and repairs
Identify opportunities to enhance end-user support processes and service delivery
Work closely with the IT Site Lead and cross functional teams to align client services with business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in end-user IT support, device management, or related roles
Strong technical expertise in laptops, mobile devices, and conference room AV technology
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5% travel as per business requirements
