Responsibilities
Takes the lead and owns a major, large-scale initiative
Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance) through end of life
Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing
Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations
Trains, mentors and manages assigned staff
Creates performance plans, assess performance, and provide performance feedback
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on Workday products
6-10 years in Product Management or A/E/C industry technology solutions required
Knowledge of software development methodologies a plus
Preferred
Workday certification is highly desirable
