Responsibilities
Provides strategic advisement and consultation to assigned clients
Identifies and establishes HR solutions with clients
Leads human resources projects of critical importance to the organization
Utilizes comprehensive and in-depth human resources expertise to provide guidance and recommendations regarding strategic direction to the organization and its leaders
Works on human resources matters that are the most diverse and complex in scope
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and functions as a lead with other human resources professionals
Performs tactical and administrative functions as necessary
Qualification
Required
Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to present complex information
Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust and influence with senior leaders
Expert knowledge of employment practices, labor relations, salary administration, training and other areas of human resources as well as organization initiatives relating to and / or affecting human resources
Demonstrated expert knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; advanced knowledge of functional area and understands how work affects other areas in Human Resources and the organization
Possesses expert analytical skills to provide strategic direction for HR practices and procedures, conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a complex healthcare or service organization
Previous experience working with labor unions
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
A minimum of 7 years of experience
Preferred
Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP), SHRM-CP or SHRM-SC, PHR or SPHR Certification
