Responsibilities
Responsible for development of robust test solution for SiTime’s precision timing devices, taking into account quality, cost and time to market
Perform board-level design of custom test boards and probe cards
Set up, implementation, debug and optimization of test programs for automated testing
Ensure the test program is scalable (multi-site), re-usable and accurate (GR&R)
Responsible NPI (New Product Introduction) test package transfer to production
Collaborate with overseas personnel to release test solutions into production
Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects
Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 5-10 years of related work experience
Solid background in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs
Hands-on skills with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, uFLEX and LTX-Credence's ASL1K preferred but not a MUST
Knowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level design and debug
Experience in statistical analysis of test data
Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation
Excellent programming skills and prior experience with C++
Team player with a strong sense of urgency to meet test requirements on schedule
Preferred
Fresh grads will be considered
Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required
Experience with MATLAB and Python preferred but not required
