Associate - Leadership Development - LEAD Program
HCA Healthcare is seeking candidates for their Leadership Development Program – Patient Access Hospital. This program focuses on enhancing management and technical skills while providing hands-on experience in key operational areas of the hospital.

Responsibilities
Receive classroom & field training focusing on enhancing your management and technical skills
Work in key areas of the hospital operation
Working side-by-side with CEO’s / COO’s, Directors, Managers and PTAC staff
Interact with patients and function as a central point of contact across the organization
Receive and greet patients and visitors
Answer patient inquiries
Assist patients with registration documents as required by the facility
Qualification
Required
12-24 month commitment to the LEAD Program
BS or BA degree required (or working towards the completion of a BA or BS). Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration & Hospitality degrees are a plus
MBA degree helpful but not required
Overall GPA must be a minimum 3.0 for BS or BA and MBA (if applicable)
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, healthcare management or finance is preferred
