Responsibilities

Define the problems our customers face, determine how to solve them, and prioritize solution delivery
Partner with multiple engineering teams and stakeholders across Amazon Security and Customer Service to drive cross-functional alignment and balance security requirements with operational efficiency
Measure customer experience, prioritize product roadmaps, and translate complex requirements into deliverable product specifications and user stories
Conduct customer research and data analysis to validate problem statements, define success criteria and metrics for each initiative, and lead technical design reviews with engineering teams
Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives, coordinate dependencies across teams and present product strategy and progress to senior leadership
Partner with Customer Service technology and operations teams to solve customer problems
Collaborate with Software Development Managers, software engineers, data engineers and scientists, and other product and program managers
Ensure that Customer Service Associates can quickly resolve customer contacts, and that the business can innovate and evolve to meet changing needs

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
