Responsibilities
Build it from the ground up
Grow it
Work out new KPIs for internal service teams that highlight and drive their impact on the efficiency and availability of internal customers
Build new services and tools to bring OCI’s next-generation cloud services to customers across a spectrum of new environments
Qualification
Required
Experience building and operating high-scale cloud infrastructure services
Understanding of how to continuously improve technology and grow business
Experience working with services that require data to travel long distances while abiding by compliance and regulations
Experience building, growing, and managing distributed multinational teams
Ownership of design, delivery, and operations of a prominent public cloud service
Technical strength in working on services that are highly available, scalable, and resilient
Ability to balance feature delivery with iteration and incremental improvements
Experience in motivating teams to make both process and service improvements
Ability to wear the hats of an engineering leader, product owner, and project manager simultaneously
