Reconciling purchasing card accounts
Assisting with bid and quote processes
Processing requisitions and authorizing purchase orders in line with College and State of Ohio policies
Analyzing bids and recommending awards
Applying current public and higher-education purchasing standards
Assisting with maintaining and updating purchasing content on websites and SharePoint
Qualification
Required
Associate degree
A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience. May possess some additional job-specific training
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 4-7 years of related experience. May possess appropriate licensures or certifications with some advanced training
