Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance software applications that align with company goals
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging processes
Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into software development
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications
Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information within applications
Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues
Document software designs, processes, and code changes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with the Asset and Wealth Management team to integrate domain-specific functionalities into software solutions
Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work model, ensuring seamless operation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software development
Expertise in PostgreSQL
Expertise in Angular
Expertise in .Net Core
Skilled in .Net core, C# and Net Framework
Skilled in SQL programming and writing Store Procedures
Experience in CI/CD
Troubleshooting and Optimization of Production Applications and Store Procedures
Good communication skills
Software Design experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred
Experience in Asset and Wealth Management
Good to have skills in AWS, specifically in Terraform, Lambda, SQL, EC2 etc
