Integration Supervisor: 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 2:30am)

GTI Fabrication is seeking an Integration Supervisor to oversee the Integration department at their Goodyear facility. This role involves ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety procedures while coordinating between various departments to meet customer demands for fabrication.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring
Assemble and install all subassemblies post-fabrication (i.e. all subassemblies mechanically fastened)
Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards
Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
Complete required documentation of repairs and service information
Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts
Calibrate equipment to provide specifications
Coordinate/perform preventative maintenance on all tools utilized within the department
Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs
Oversee the work of company Electricians, Electrical Integrators, Industrial Technicians, and Industrial Assemblers
Interface with Operations Management and Engineers to review and offer input on production drawings and process improvements

Required

At least 5-8 years of electrical/mechanical experience in manufacturing
3-5 years of electrical/mechanical experience in a lead role (Preferably manufacturing site)
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Strong understanding of electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Valid driver's license in state of practice
Strong understanding of Electrical Code
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel
Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment
Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work
Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems
Willing to work overtime

Preferred

Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred
Completion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school preferred
