Responsibilities

Oversees the maintenance and repairs of common areas within the Association, ensuring compliance with governing documents

Manage daily building operations, ensuring adherence to HOA policies and regulatory standards

Optimizing the performance of building systems like mechanical, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC

Coordinating with external contractors

Planning preventative maintenance

Collaborate with the General Manager on system improvements and modifications

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3 years of onsite high-rise or mid-rise building engineer experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial property management

Familiar with the Uniform Commercial Building Code

HOA experience is a plus

Hands-on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting experience

Fire system management experience

Strong verbal and written communication

Team player attitude

Must be available by cell phone 24/7 for emergencies

HVAC Certification

EPA/608 License

Valid California Driver's License and Auto Insurance
