Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams through Agile methodologies
Manage complex project workflows and sprint planning using Jira
Lead teams on large-scale enterprise implementations
Remove impediments and ensure team productivity across multiple workstreams
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Track metrics through Jira dashboards and project management tools
Collaborate with Product Owners and team members on delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience: up to 5 years as a Scrum Master with demonstrated large-scale project experience
Expert proficiency in Jira administration, customization, and project management
Technical background with database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
Programming experience (Java, Python, C#, or similar)
Experience with commercial software platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
CSM or equivalent Agile certification required
