Conduct a balanced mix of outbound prospecting and leverage internal referral sources to generate new business opportunities
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts for small to large businesses across multiple industries
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and tailored coverage solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental goals and support organizational growth
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure clients receive current and effective insurance solutions
Qualification
Required
An active 2-20 insurance license is required
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an established commercial insurance agent
Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and industry practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Proficiency with AMS360 is preferred
