Build the OCI Performance team from the ground up
Grow the OCI Performance team
Work out new KPIs for internal service teams that highlight and drive their impact
Build new services and tools to bring OCI’s next-generation cloud services to customers
Qualification
Required
Built and operated high-scale cloud infrastructure services
Experience working with services that require data to travel long distances while abiding by compliance and regulations
Built, grew, and managed distributed multinational teams
Owned design, delivery, and operations of a prominent public cloud service
Technically strong with experience on services that are highly available, scalable, and resilient
Ability to balance feature delivery with iteration and incremental improvements
Motivated teams to make both process and service improvements
Ability to wear the hats of an engineering leader, product owner, and project manager simultaneously
