Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination with internal and/or external clients regarding various survey projects as well as QA/QC functions
Responsible for working with Project Team Leader and Business Practice Leader to develop the scope of services required for survey task requests
Estimating the cost and schedule requirements for the scope of work
Obtaining approvals
Monitoring the delivery of services as well as QA/QC functions through the completion of the project
Support the development of qualification materials to support project pursuits
Direct and participate in the preparation of survey deliverables
Communicating with clients to ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the client needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required, Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent field experience
Minimum 10 years' geospatial consulting experience required
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
Valid driver's license required
Thorough knowledge of Federal, State and other regulations regarding land surveying
Thorough knowledge of the methods, techniques, instruments utilized for land surveying
Ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
Thorough knowledge of the methods, techniques, and best practices associated with the land surveying profession
Preferred
DOT experience preferred
Bentley OpenRoads experience is a plus
PLS preferred
