Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance
Deliver premier customer service
Provide comprehensive support to our Engineering and other Operational and technical teams
Centrally manage OCI’s networks
Implement automated solutions to address common operational challenges efficiently
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in network operations engineering
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Skilled and proactive engineers
Experience in addressing physical network issues
Ability to perform data collection, triage, technical analysis, incident mitigation, and redirection
Capability to centrally manage OCI's networks
Ability to implement automated solutions to address common operational challenges efficiently
Preferred
Preferred locations for this role are: Austin, Nashville or Denver
