Responsibilities
Advise private equity sponsors and strategic buyers on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
Draft, negotiate, and manage purchase agreements and related M&A documentation
Lead deal execution, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and coordination with internal and external advisors
Work directly with partners and clients on high-value transactions, assuming meaningful responsibility throughout the deal lifecycle
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in M&A at a top law firm
Admission to the New York Bar
Strong drafting, negotiating, and project-management skills
Excellent academic credentials
