Responsibilities
Operate light industrial and digital decoration machinery in line with daily production targets and quality requirements
Execute multiple decoration methods such as laser engraving, silkscreen, pad printing, UV inkjet, sublimation, and other digital processes
Perform product setup, calibration, and changeovers efficiently to maintain production flow
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure high-quality output and product consistency
Identify, troubleshoot, and report any equipment or process issues promptly
Follow all quality standards and inspection procedures, ensuring decorated products meet design and customer specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies
Report defective materials, safety risks, or equipment malfunctions immediately
Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives across the production floor
Record production data accurately (performance, downtime, and scrap logs)
Verify correct work order codes and materials before production begins
Support efficient material handling, staging, and replenishment to minimize downtime
Work closely with other production operators, quality inspectors, and shift supervisors to ensure smooth process flow
Assist with cross-training and support other decoration lines when needed
Actively participate in problem-solving and process-improvement discussions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and speak in English
Ability to work cross-functionally, take direction from others, and a willingness to learn new processes as required
Must be able to meet minimum lifting weight requirements of 30 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods as required in a production environment
Comfortable using computer equipment and systems relevant to the role
Preferred
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment is desirable
Familiarity with or willingness to learn and apply 5S workplace organization principles
