Responsibilities
Assist senior staff with design, site investigations, and documentation
Investigate and resolve building envelope issues
Provide design consultation and construction support
Conduct field testing for roofing, waterproofing, windows, and curtain walls
Design remedial repairs for walls, roofs, and other systems
Mentor junior staff and review plans/specifications
Support litigation cases related to building systems
Participate in construction administration phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in computer graphics and documentation
Ability to travel and work at heights; valid driver's license
Preferred
Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
Bonus experience: curtain wall design, historic preservation, rope access, public speaking
