Sales Enablement Manager (East Coast)
Druid AI is an end-to-end platform for building, deploying, and scaling AI agents and Conversational Business Applications. The Sales Enablement Manager will empower the commercial organization by bridging Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps, ensuring customer-facing teams have the necessary content, tools, and training to drive growth and value.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve sales playbooks, battlecards, and value messaging frameworks
Partner with Product Marketing to align product positioning, competitive insights, and use case narratives
Ensure sales teams have on-brand, up-to-date collateral available in one central enablement hub
Design and execute a structured sales onboarding program for new hires
Create and deliver ongoing skills development sessions (e.g., discovery, MEDDPIC, objection handling, storytelling)
Track enablement program impact through KPIs such as time-to-first-deal and quota attainment
Collaborate with RevOps to optimize sales processes, CRM workflows, and automation
Own and maintain enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or equivalent)
Ensure consistent adoption and data quality across sales systems
Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Support campaign execution and product launches with targeted enablement initiatives
Feed insights from the field back into product, pricing, and messaging strategies
Define and measure enablement KPIs (e.g., content usage, training completion, win-rate lift)
Use data to identify skill or process gaps and implement corrective enablement actions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Presales or B2B SaaS Sales
Proven success in building, executing and scaling enablement programs across distributed teams, both in-person and remotely
Strong understanding of modern SaaS GTM models (MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with enablement and sales tech stacks (CRM, CMS, Gong, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience with translating technical product features into sales narratives and value propositions
Fluent in English
Preferred
Prior experience in the Conversational AI space is a plus
Additional European languages are a plus
