Responsibilities

You develop processes and efficiency improvement measures which you analyze and optimize according to MTM / REFA /STV
You are responsible for Standard Line Balancing for Airbus and apply lean management techniques
You monitor derived measures after implementation in the ongoing process
You moderate workshops, and are the focal point to all stakeholders
You prepare your results and present them to the management

Required

Successfully completed engineering studies with a focus on aviation, industrial or manufacturing engineering
3-5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry in a similar position
Strong communication skills in German and English (C1 to native speakers only)
Ability to think conceptually, analytically and solution-oriented

Preferred

Knowledgeable in REFA and/or MTM / STV methodology
Knowledge in labour, time and lean management
