Responsibilities
Act as an embedded founder inside portfolio companies, leading discovery → build → deployment
Build zero-to-one AI agents, workflow systems, automations, and internal products
Understand messy operational processes and redesign them from first principles
Work directly with executives, operators, engineers, and the founding team
Convert field learnings into reusable platform components
Deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency across industries
Qualification
Required
Experience as a founder, early employee, or customer-facing engineer
Strong coding fundamentals
Excellent communication and ability to work directly with executives
High comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and rapid experimentation
Experience building automations, tools, or internal systems
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site work
